Heather Kittleson
Speaker, Founder & Host of Fortitude Podcast, and Minister
Heather is a devotedΒ mom of four kiddos who are 4, 7, 9 and 15. She is a loving wife to her husband, Amos.Β Heather recently decided to leaveΒ her full-time job to embark on a new journey. Heather was previously the Foundation Director of Volunteers of America for more than 10 years but has now resigned to follow her family's passion project; a business/ministry called Bold Stance LLC.
With Bold Stance LLC, Heather and Amos hope to embody their unwavering faith to spread the Gospel and encourage people to 'know better - so they can do better.' Alongside this venture, Heather has also founded Redemption Artistry and hosts the Fortitude LLC podcast. She is a transformational speaker and coach, committed to inspiring others to achieve their full potential.

Certified Life & Business Coach
Marissa is a farm wife, mom and business owner. She has 3 young girls with her husband, Trent. When she's not coaching women to build their dream lives, she's living hers. Marissa has always been a multi-passionate person who thrives on having lots of things going on at once. Luckily, Trent is there to help her manage it all.
Her superpower is that she believes in the women she encounters even more than they believe in themselves. Her focus is helping women take their businesses from side hustles to full time without sacrificing the things they love. Liza is an emotional and nervous system health coach with a background in education, ministry, and leadership. Her own story of burnout, trauma, and deep healing emotionally and within the nervous system led her to what she does today.
She is a certified mental health coach, Tension and trauma Releasing Exercise (T.R.E.) provider, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner.
She started her business, RELEASED: Emotional Health Solutions, not only because we all hold things that we need to release from our past, but also because of the hope and future that we are to be released into!
The key is to understand that there is more to the story of releasing physical tension and emotional turmoil... within our spirits, souls AND bodies. Understanding this, and taking the necessary steps to heal at a deeper level, brings so much clarity, peace, and purpose!

Melissa Heckel
Brand Strategist and Designer
Melissa is a brand strategist and designer with a heart for entrepreneurship and serving business owners.
She started Branch Creative Co. as a side hustle back in 2009 while working a full time job. Since then, she’s grown it into her full time dream career focused on serving business owners and bringing their passion and purpose to life through strategic branding and design.
In addition to Branch, she and her husband are owners of Severance Brewing Co. in downtown Sioux Falls. This endeavor has gifted her with the experience of being on both sides of branding; as client and designer. As a business owner, she understand the decision making, passion, and grit it can take to run a business. As a brand strategist and designer, she also realizes the importance of building a strong brand and the intricacies of graphic design.
Outside of her businesses, she focuses her time on her two girls ages 9 and 12—managing all of the fun and activities of this stage of motherhood!
