13 years later, her business has grown to a team of over 20 women who all work from home so they can spend time with their families!

Kayla and her family have a non-profit called Touch of Hope that allows children in Haiti to attend school tuition free. Through this journey, she met her husband Webert and created Rosie's Boutique in order to help empower the women of haiti.
Rosie's Boutique features and promotes 100% Haitian made product. Each item in their shop is bought directly from Haiti and was selected to bring you a fun collection of gifts, decor and jewelry. They partner with 10+ businesses in Haiti that have all created cultures of empowerment, fair wages and equality. Rosie's stands besides these businesses by promoting and selling their goods plus we have created this same culture within our business and employ a beautiful group of women who create our handmade greeting cards.
